01 Shipping
Nationwide delivery via GHTK / GHN / J&T. Estimated 2–4 business days depending on region.
- Free delivery on orders from 500,000₫.
- Orders under 500K: 25,000–35,000₫ depending on region.
- COD (cash on delivery) supported nationwide.
02 Returns
Exchange or return within 15 days of receiving your order.
- Item must have tags attached, unused and unwashed.
- Free first size exchange within the city.
- Refunds within 3–5 business days after we receive the return.
03 Quality warranty
Vinagreen stands behind its fabric. If a piece pills, fades, or shrinks abnormally due to a fabric fault under correct care:
- We replace it within 30 days.
- Message us on Zalo with photos for fast support.
